Track Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive your tracking number by email or WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel until it's delivered.
Order Status
- Order Confirmed — We've received your order and our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm details for Cash on Delivery.
- Processing — Your order is being prepared for dispatch, usually on the same working day after confirmation.
- Shipped — Your order is on its way. You'll receive a tracking number from our courier partner.
- Delivered — Your order has arrived. Please inspect it and let us know within 48 hours if there's any issue.
