How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, add items to your cart, and check out. We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible at abstractadecor@gmail.com or +92 301 2030703. We can usually make changes if the order hasn't been dispatched yet.

Shipping

Do you ship across Pakistan?
Yes, we ship nationwide. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 on all orders.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently our primary payment method. Our team may call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery at abstractadecor@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a solution.

How do I track my order?
